Before the Court is the objection of Harbor Park Realty, LLC (“Harbor”) to the proposed order denying its motion to extend its time to object to the Debtor’s discharge or the dischargeability of its debt. The Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(a) and (b). This contested matter is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I), (J) and (O) and 11 U.S.C. §§ 523 and 727.
