Appeal by the People, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the County Court, Nassau County (Jonas, J.), entered October 28, 1992, as, upon reargument, adhered to its original determination contained in a prior order entered May 7, 1992, which, inter alia, granted that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress his statements to law enforcement officials.
