This case arises under the workmen’s compensation law. Joseph F. Burgin was an employee of the Western Coal & Mining Company, and both employer and employee were operating under the workmen’s compensation law. An accident which resulted in Burgin’s death occurred on August 12, 1929, in the course of Burgin’s employment. His wife, Yiolet Burgin, and his mother, Macy Burgin, claimed to be dependent upon his earnings and asked for compensation.
