hThe plaintiff, Kathleen G. Frost, initiated this action in order to recover damages for injuries she sustained in an automobile accident which occurred on September 8, 2009. Named as defendants were Chris Carter, the uninsured driver who rear-ended Frost’s vehicle, and Automobile Club Inter-Insurance Exchange (“ACHE”), Frost’s uninsured/underinsured insurance carrier.
