In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff Angelina Williams and for loss of services, medical expenses and automobile property damage incurred by her husband, plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered October 2, 1972, in favor of defendant, upon the trial court’s dismissal of the third cause of action (for the automobile damage) and upon a jury verdict oh the first and second causes of action (personal injuries, etc.).
