PICKARD, Judge.

{1} Leonard Griego (Worker) appeals from a Workers’ Compensation Administration order granting summary judgment in favor of Patriot Erectors, Inc. and Commerce and Industries Insurance Company (collectively, Employer). The question presented by this case is whether Worker, who was punched by his supervisor while complaining about the supervisor to their mutual construction superintendent, may recover workers’ compensation benefits.
