ORDER
KOVACHEVICH, District Judge.
This cause is before the Court on an appeal from the Bankruptcy Court’s order sustaining the objection of Uiterwyk Corporation, the Debtor, to claim # 1010 filed by Backer Navid and disallowing the claim. The claim is in the amount of $1,150,256 and is based on civil theft and conversion of $383,418.72, plus pre-petition interest and attorneys’ fees.
