TERRIE LIVINGSTON, Chief Justice.
This case involves health care liability claims against numerous defendants arising out of the diagnosis and treatment of appellant Evolla Tutt. In a single issue, appellants Tutt and her mother, Dorothy Menefee, contend that the trial court abused its discretion by granting appellee Allan B. Ohman, Jr., M.D.’s motion to dismiss their claims against him for failure to file an adequate expert report. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem.Code Ann. § 74.351(b) (Vernon Supp. 2009).
