Taylor appeals from his conviction on one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 841 and one count of using or carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 924(c). Prior to trial, Taylor filed a motion to suppress drugs and firearms seized from the car he was driving on the ground that the initial stop of the car was not justified.
