KORNREICH, Bankruptcy Judge.
In this case from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puer-to Rico, Doral Financial Corporation (“Doral”) appeals (1) the grant of summary judgment in favor of the Chapter 7 trustee in an avoidance action under 11 U.S.C. § 549; and (2) the order overruling Dor-áis objection to the Chapter 7 trustee’s notice of intent to sell real property. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
