Mattie Andrews instituted an action of trover in the county court of Sumter county, to recover possession of one washstand set and one china set (crockery) of the value of six dollars. It appears from the evidence had on the trial in the county court, that the plaintiff was the sister of one Ella MarshaE, deceased, who was the wife of George MarshaE; that EEa was sick for several months, and the plaintiff nursed her and cared for her wants for a considerable length of time; that during her sickness, and before her sister died, she told witness that, for her kindness in staying with her and…
