OPINION

SEERDEN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment ordering specific performance of a real estate option agreement, awarding attorney’s fees and granting incidental relief. Trial was to the court without a jury.

We affirm the judgment of the trial court.

On January 30, 1981, the parties entered into an option agreement wherein appellant granted appellee the option to purchase approximately three acres of land fronting on Highway 624 in what is known as the Five Points area of Nueces County, Texas.
