Plaintiff brought an action against defendants, Sheldon Berger, Neil J. Stone, Joseph J. Skom, Robert L. Murphy, James V. Talano, and Frank Krumlovsky, seeking damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained as a result of negligent- medical treatment by them. Plaintiff’s claims against defendants were dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 103(b) (107 Ill. 2d R. 103(b)) for lack of diligence in effecting service of process.
