Pursuant to the authority of Sections 10120, 10121 and 10122, Code 1942, relating to additional assessments of sales taxes by the State Tax Commission where there is an alleged failure to preserve adequate records of gross income, gross receipts, or gross proceeds of sales by any person engaged in any business for which a privilege tax is imposed by such sales tax law, there was such an additional assessment made by the State Tax Commission for the years of 1937 and 1938 against the appellant, Eddie J.
