The question presented by the assignments of error is that of whether the appellee is legally entitled to have paid him the salary of assistant general manager during the time he was on a temporary leave of absence, effective October 13, 1911, to January 8, 1912. And it is concluded that the ruling of the trial court awarding him the salary should be sustained, for it is believed that any legal ground to deny such recovery does not appear in the facts.
