This is a pro se inmate’s appeal from a trial court’s orders finding that Kenneth Reven McClain is not indigent and dismissing his lawsuit with prejudice. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL SUMMARY

On November 12, 2008, Kenneth Reven McClain filed suit against Jeffrey K. Terry and Will Bueschel for personal injury and defamation pursuant to the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
