Kurt W. Ponzar (Mr. Ponzar) and Sandra L. Ponzar (Mrs. Ponzar) (collectively the Ponzars) appeal from the judgment entered in favor of Cornerstone Mortgage, Inc. (Cornerstone). The Ponzars raise nine points on appeal. We summarily deny these points finding that an opinion reciting the detailed facts and restating the principles of law would have no prece-dential value.
