Bill in equity seeking to have a detainer warrant issued by the Board of Probation and Parole of Missouri declared a nullity and an injunction against its enforcement. The trial court entered a judgment of dismissal and petitioner has appealed. We have jurisdiction because a state officer, as such, is a party. Art. V, § 3, Const., V.A. M.S. VVe affirm.
