In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for misappropriation of trade secrets, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Hart, J.), entered July 29, 2003, which granted the plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction, inter alia, prohibiting them from soliciting the plaintiffs customers.
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the motion is denied.
