This appeal basically involves the interpretation of a contract. Defendant, Sholodge, Inc., appeals from the order of the trial court granting partial summary judgment to the plaintiff, Shoney’s Inn Of Music Valley, Ltd. The trial court ruled that Sholodge breached its Limited Partnership Agreement with Frank Rudy Heirs Associates, and, therefore, granted partial summary judgment to Shoney’s Inn of Music Valley, Ltd.
