Defendant appeals as of right from his convictions for armed robbery, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797, and kidnapping, MCLA 750.349; MSA 28.581, by a jury verdict on May 29, 1974. He was sentenced to life imprisonment on each count, and appeals.
