Plaintiff, the Board of Education of Sparta Community Unit School District No. 140 (the School Board or Board), appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of Randolph County which upheld, on administrative review, the decision of an Illinois State Board of Education hearing officer which found that the School Board had no cause to dismiss defendant, Gary G. Stull, Jr., from his position as a tenured public high school teacher and that Stull should be reinstated with back pay and benefits.
