Sarah Naso, as administratrix with the will annexed of the estate of Filippo Cecala, has appealed from an order of the superior court which set aside certain *528real property as a homestead to Thomas F. Kilmartin, as administrator with the will annexed of the estate of Rosaría Cecala.
