This appeal centers on Clark County School District (CCSD) employee complaints alleging inappropriate behavior, including sexual harassment, by an elected trustee. After the Office of Diversity and Affirmative Action (ODAA) conducted an investigation into the trustee's behavior, CCSD instituted the ODAA's recommended policies and restricted the trustee's access to employees and campuses.
