Appeal from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County (Michael Gerstein, J.), rendered November 13, 2012. The judgment convicted defendant, after a nonjury trial, of attempted patronizing a prostitute in the third degree. ORDERED that the judgment of conviction is affirmed.
