Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Torraca, J.), entered November 26, 1993 in Ulster County, upon a verdict rendered in favor of defendants.

Plaintiff Paul Grassi (hereinafter plaintiff) allegedly sustained injuries to his neck, left arm and left hand on August *95424, 1990 when his car was struck in the rear by a car driven by defendant Kurt Ulrich (hereinafter defendant).
