The defendant, Paul Flaherty, appeals the property distribution in a divorce decree, recommended by the Master {Peter J. Bourque, Esq.) and approved by the Superior Court {Barry, J.), which awarded the plaintiff, Lynda Flaherty, one-half of the defendant’s interest in a spendthrift trust created by his parents.
