Defendant, Terrance Hunt, was charged with two counts of murder. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 38, par. 9 — 1.) Following a bench trial, he was convicted of involuntary manslaughter (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 38, par. 9 — 3) and sentenced to five years’ imprisonment to be served concurrently with an unrelated murder charge.
