This matter comes before the court on plaintiff’s exceptions to the findings of fact, conclusions of law and recommendation of the Domestic Relations Hearing Officer.

The plaintiff filed a complaint for spousal and child support on May 22, 1995. At a conference held in Domestic Relations on June 30, 1995, the defendant’s weekly net was found to be $737 and the plaintiff’s weekly net was found to be $343.
