b Melik Spencer (“Mr. Spencer”) appeals his convictions and sentences for violation of La. R.S. 14:64 and 14:64.3, armed robbery with a firearm. Mr. Spencer assigns as error that the State failed to present sufficient evidence for the jury to find, beyond a reasonable doubt, that he was guilty of armed robbery with a firearm. Additionally, Mr. Spencer avers that the sentences imposed by the trial court were excessive.
