*683In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Dorsa, J.), dated September 20, 2007, as granted those branches of the cross motion of the third-party defendant which were to dismiss the complaint, the third-party complaint, and all cross claims pursuant to CPLR 3216.
