Complainant alleges itself to be the owner, through proper assignments, of letters patent No. 1,-625,992, granted to Godsey-Murphy Company, Inc., April 28, 1927, pursuant to an application filed by H. Mitchell Godsey on September 14, 1923. As finally granted the patent rested upon a single claim as follows: “A gas burner comprising a block, a gas chamber adapted to receive a gaseous fuel and supported in spaced relation to the inner end of said block, the space between said block and said chamber being open to the atmosphere, said block having a plurality of Venturi…
