Plaintiff has filed exceptions to the court’s verdict in an ejectment action awarding damages for defendant’s use of her land but not possession of the land. Plaintiff and defendant owned adjoining lots. On defendant’s lot were two mobile homes affixed to foundations which unknown to both parties lay directly on the common boundary line. On plaintiff’s property were four buildings including a bar and grill and a mobile home about 70 feet from defendant’s mobile homes.
