A Lincoln Circuit Court jury convicted Clarence Robinson of three counts of second-degree rape, three counts of third-degree rape and one count of first-degree rape. Robinson committed all the offenses against S.M.H., whom Robinson married in Knox County, Tennessee when Robinson was 37 years old and when S.M.H. had just *102turned 14 years old and was six months pregnant with his child at the time of the marriage.
