Affirming.
Aaron Bradley was sentenced to serve five years in the reformatory for killing Laurel Huff. The indictment charged murder, and Carroll Clay was jointly indicted. Appellant was tried separately. On appeal, as is evidenced by his brief, he insists that the court committed errors prejudicial to his substantial rights by r(1) The admission of incompetent evidence, and(2) Refusing to sustain appellant’s motion for a peremptory instruction of not guilty.
