At the September election, 1863, Samuel D. King, Esq., was elected Prosecuting Attorney for Ormsby Comity, and held the office until the 3d day of October, 1863, when he resigned, and T. D. Edwards, Esq., was appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to fill the vacancy.
