Suit by the appellee against the appellants, Perry F. Douglass and Elij ah E. Hull. The complaint is in three paragraphs, to each of which a separate demurrer was filed by each of the defendants, and overruled by the court. The defendants then answered jointly in three paragraphs, the general denial and two special paragraphs. The plaintiff moved the court to strike out the special paragraphs. His motion was overruled as to the second paragraph, and sustained as to the third.
