Glenn T. Bragg was awarded $4,000 by order of the State Industrial Commission under the Workmen’s Compensation Law for certain injuries. The insurance carrier, the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, a corporation, delivered to A. L. Commons and Homer Chandler, a law partnership which had represented Bragg in the proceedings before the State Industrial Commission, a check or draft for the amount of the award less the attorneys’ fee of $400.
