—In an action to recover the proceeds of a loan, the defendants appeal from (1) a decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (McCarty, J.), dated March 5, 1993, which held that the plaintiff’s motion for summary *636judgment should be granted, and (2) an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court, entered May 6, 1993, which granted the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment and is in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants in the total sum of $69,506.
