Bussell and his wife, Kate Bussell, appellants here, gave a deed of trust to the Federal Land Bank of New Orleans, La., to secure a loan of $18,000, on the following property: The S. W. 14 and N. E. i/4, and N. E. % of N. W. %, and N. % of S. E. 14, and N! y2 of S. W. 14 of S. E. y4, of Sec. 14; all of Sec. 15; the N. E. % of Sec. 16;' the W. % of the N. E. 14, and the E. % of the N.
