This is a companion case to Cade v. State, ante, p. 135, and Wynn v. State, ante, p. 141. The defendant having been convicted of murder, without recommendation, duly filed his motion for a new trial, which was overruled by the .trial court. The only assignment of error presented by the record complains of the judgment of the trial court overruling the defendant’s motion for a new trial, which was based solely on the usual general grounds.
