Plaintiff sues his wife for separation from bed and board and for the custody of their minor child.' He charges abandonment and alleges that his wife, with the minor, is living with her parents in the Parish of St. Mary, and that he, for the past nine or ten years, has been at Calumet Plantation, about four miles distant.
