"1 Defendant, Timothy Seott Parks, appeals the judgment of conviction entered on jury verdicts finding him guilty of multiple offenses and the trial court's finding that he is an habitual criminal. He contends that some of his convictions were based on evi dence that should have been suppressed at trial because it was obtained in violation of his right, under article II, section 7 of the Colorado Constitution, to be secure from unreasonable searches and seizures.
