I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the First Amended Complaint to Determine Nondis-chargeability of Debt filed by Maine Coast Shellfish, LLC (“Maine Coast” or the “Plaintiff’) against Jonathan Cowles (“Cowles,” the “Defendant,” or the “Debt- or”).
