ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS

Before the Court is the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Federal Sub ject Matter Jurisdiction filed on March 13, 2008. See Docket No. 11. On April 23, 2008, the Plaintiffs filed a brief in opposition to the motion. See Docket No. 27. The Defendant filed a reply brief on April 29, 2008. See Docket No. 29. For the reasons set forth below, the Court grants the Defendant’s motion to dismiss.
