This cause is submitted upon a stipulation of facts. The claimant is the county treasurer of Sac County, Iowa. The defendant bank is located in Crawford County, Iowa. The said bank had not been designated by the board of supervisors of Sac County, Iowa, as a depository of funds belonging to said county, and no bond had been given by said bank to the county treasurer of Sac County, Iowa.
