Interboro School District (Interboro) appeals from an order of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas that granted the tax assessment appeal of RHA/Pennsylvania Nursing Homes, Inc. (RHA). In-terboro requests that this Court decide whether the trial court committed reversible error by relying upon financial information which was not part of the record before the trial court; whether the trial court committed reversible error by relying upon financial information submitted by RHA which combined the revenues and expenses of the property under appeal with that of another property…
