In the amended complaint upon which the case was tried in the court below, plaintiff alleges that she is the owner in fee simple of certain lots in the town of Ouray, and that she was then and had been for a long time in the actual and exclusive possession thereof; that the defendant, without right, claimed some right, title or interest in the premises, adverse to plaintiff.
