Plaintiff, Dr. Ronald B. Baron, formerly a staff psychiatrist with the North Shore Mental Health Association (“Association”), brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985(1), and invoking this Court’s jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1343, against, the President, Medical Director and Executive Committee of the Association, seeking injunctive and monetary relief for the allegedly improper termination of plaintiff from the Association’s staff.
