This suit was brought by the appellee against the appellants to recover damages for personal injuries received by him while in the employment of appellants as a carpenter, and assisting in the construction of a building in the city of McKinney, Collin county, Tex. It appears that while the plaintiff was engaged in removing part of a girder in said building a scaffold on which he was working gave way and fell, causing the injuries of which he complains, which were serious and permanent.
